How to claim your
experience

Simply follow the steps below to make your claim, and enjoy the experience of a lifetime.

1. Place your order for your chosen Experience Days pack with Diamond Resorts International®.

2. Your Experience Days order will be issued as an Active Selection pack which will be sent to you within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order.

3. Once you have received your Active Selection pack, choose your experience using the catalogue on this website.

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

4. Fill out your details on the claim form enclosed with your Active Selection pack, together with your chosen experience. Please ensure you write your address details clearly and that you include a daytime telephone number should we need to contact you.

5. Send the claim form to Active at the address detailed on the form.

6. A presentation pack for your chosen experience will be sent to you within 3-5 working days of receipt of your claim form.
