Terms & Conditions

  1. Your claim must be made on the Voucher Claim Form included in your Active Selection pack and submitted by post. Claims cannot be accepted in any other form.
  2. No claims can be accepted after the expiry date printed on the Voucher Claim Form.
  3. All Active experiences are issued as Active Vouchers which are valid for 12 months from date of issue of the Active Selection pack.
  4. Active Selection packs and Active Vouchers may not be resold without the permission of Active Consultancy Ltd.
  5. Active Selection packs may only be used to claim Active experiences as detailed on this website and in the Active Selection pack.
  6. Claiming an Active experience implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out on this website, those printed in the Active Selection pack, those printed on the Active Voucher to be claimed and on any other associated literature.
  7. Active reserve the right to change the range of experiences, and/or the description, content or locations of the experiences, without notice.
  8. The information provided within the Active Selection pack, and on this website, is based on enquiries made by Active and is believed to be accurate but Active makes no warranty or representation in respect thereof.
  9. Active accepts no liability (excluding liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence) for: any accident, injury or loss resulting from experiences, goods or services claimed with Active Selection packs; any loss or costs incurred following amendments made to the range, locations or content of experiences; lost or stolen Active Vouchers or Voucher Claim Forms.
  10. Photocopied, damaged, defaced or lost Voucher Claim Forms or Active Vouchers will not be accepted, replaced or refunded.
  11. Images (where used) may not accurately reflect the experience offered.
  12. No cash alternatives will be offered.
