How do I redeem my Selection Pack?

Enter the voucher number and validation code from your Selection Pack into the form on this website, choose one of the available experiences included in your Selection Pack and enter your full details to complete your redemption.

My voucher number and validation code haven't been recognised. What do I do?

Please check the details carefully and try again. If you continue to experience problems please contact us

My Selection Pack has expired. Can I extend it?

If you contact us within six months of your expiry date and we will extend your Selection Pack for a further three months. An administration fee will be applied.

I've chosen my experience. What happens next?

You will be sent a Voucher Pack for your chosen experience with full details on what's included, the available locations and how to book your experience.

How soon will I receive a Voucher Pack for my chosen experience?

Your Voucher Pack will be sent within five working days of receipt of your redemption.

Can I change my mind after choosing my experience?

Please contact us as soon as possible after submitting your redemption if you need to make any changes. We will always do our best to accommodate any changes but it may not always be possible. In the event of a change an administration fee will be applied.

Do I need to choose a date or location before I choose my experience?

No. You don't need to choose a date or location until you book your chosen experience. Your Voucher Pack will include full details on how to do this.
